The brain is a central nervous system and a very important part for the body. Brain organize and coordinate the most part, movement, behavior and homeostatic body functions such as heart rate, body fluid balance, body temperature and blood pressure. The brain is also responsible for functions such as recognition, emotion,
memory, motor learning and all other forms of learning.

What happens if our brain function is disturbed or damaged, it will interfere with other body organs, following these 10 habits that could damage our brains.

1. No breakfast, for those who do not eat breakfast will cause blood sugar levels become low, this causes a shortage of supply of nutrients to the brain causing brain degeneration.
2. Excessive or shock acting on something, It causes hardening of the arteries of the brain.
3. Smoking, smoking causes brain shrinkage and may lead to Alzheimer's disease.
4. Sugar consumption is too high, too much sugar consumption is also not good, it interferes with the absorption of protein and nutrition, poor nutrition will interfere with brain development.
